Starting therapy can feel daunting and with my warm and down-to-earth approach, I help you feel supported.

Common problems I see in my therapy room include:

- stress and burnout
- anxiety and panic
- depression and low mood
- low self-esteem
- difficulty accepting yourself
- identity
- life transitions

I have a special interest in working with:

- shame
- perfectionism and living with impossible standards
- obsessional thoughts and behaviours (OCD)
- post-traumatic stress (PTSD)
- relational trauma
- motherhood and maternal relationships

I offer short-term and long-term therapy and work integratively, which means that in our work together, I use a variety of approaches depending on what works best for you. I don't believe in one size fits all.

My training is in classic talking therapy- integrative/CBT, to make sense of thoughts and feelings from the past and present, in compassion-focused therapy to transform self-criticism and shame and in body-orientated approaches for trauma to process experiences and feelings that can't be put into words.

I currently work in private practice and in a hospital, providing 1-1 and group therapy.

I offer therapy in English and German.
